With many sites requiring various speed limits around their facility to meet OH&S requirements, the RFID Speed Zone ensures that vehicles are able to be controlled in their maximum speeds automatically.
By using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), each separate speed zone can be accurately configured to suit your requirements. With the ability to provide up to 4 separate zones, the flexibility to meet intricate layouts is possible.
The system is made up of 3 Main Components.
Control Box: This provides the method to read the Transponders and determine which zone is active. This con-nects to the appropriate point on the vehicle to slow or speed the vehicle as required. |

Transponder: These are mounted in the ground using a 6mm hole and are pre-coded to your requirements of zone. They can also be re-coded in ground if required at any time.
Arial: This ensures that a clean signal is received every time a vehicle passes over a Transponder so that the Con-trol Box can act accordingly.
